Installing problem

Hello, my friend bought Lotro and now he has a problem with the installation.

This is the text that shows at the moment of the problem during the installation:

The Windows Installer Service can’t install the Upgradepatch because the program for the

Upgrade is missing, or because the upgradepatch is doing a upgrade from another version of the program. Control if the program for the update is on the computer or if you have the right upgradepatch.

Does anyone of you guys know what is the problem here? We both don't know which program is causing the problem cause my installation worked just fine.
