Can't even get account key to the game.

Is something wrong with PlayNC website?  Everytime I go through the steps to get a game key it says "A general error has occured please try again"  in red letters.  What gives?

    They were having a problem with the PlayNC Store recently all matters are clear now, "Thank you for contacting PlayNC Account Support. We believe the issue with the PlayNC Online Store to be resolved and we recommend that you try again."
