Have issue? Help is there!

   I am happy thus far in my adventure of trying out Ryzom I would have to say. The level 20 cap for the free trail is well worth giving the game a shot because not only can u level to 20 in say Magic, but you can level to 20 in all four skill lines. So essentially u can level your char to 80 and even after that you don't have to stop, you just won't gain exp after each skill hits 20.

   Anyway, my first encounter with an issue was the most stressless and quickest solved I think I have ever encountered in a MMO. It had to do with creating a guild. I popped one question into universal chat and got so many community responses I was over whelmed with help, but the best part was a CSR sent me a tell almost immediately! Never before have I had a CSR automatically contact me without being contacted first. I have been playing MMO's for a very long time (the lack of hair on my head and stubby finger tips will be my proof lol), and I have never once had a CSR initiate contact when encountering an in-game issue. Not only did he contact me, but he was polite, curtious, and helpful. He remianed in contact with me and even brought his char to me to make sure I was in the correct location. He was able to help me fix the issue (which turned out to be a naming problem) and resolve a few other guild creation questions that popped up apon my initial chat question in the process.

   I was, I will admit, leary about paying for a subscription because the graphics are not what I am looking for, but the game play and the diverse crafting and leveling of skills and now the community and CSR support has made me re-think my inhabitions and I am currently enjoying a game that I personally have overlooked in the past.

Try tweeking the graphics in-game (press 'U').  I have all the graphics cranked up to full, and I love the graphics.
