hi , i just want to play in US servers, but my account is EU, can i download US client and play ?
Can i change my EU client to be able to play Us server w/o downloading the client again?

To my knowledge, the answer is no.
GoA runs a slightly different client than Mythic (causes problems every time a major patch goes live...).
As for your account - it is not valid on US servers and there is no way to transfer your chars or anything. So switching to US servers means, that you have to start from scratch ( no /level or whatever) , download a new client and create a US account.
I am pretty sure this was addressed in the Grab Bag at some time and the above poster is correct. I see a lot of Europeans completely re-rolling on US servers of late.
