Toontown is the only game I can think of right now specifically aimed at the younger crowd. Also, the developers of it are also making Pirates of the Carribean Online which is aimed at the younger crowd also. Hope this helps

I'm not sure of the target age for Pirates of the Caribbean. It has pointy swords and you kill things, unlike Toontown.
I read on some gamesite, 1up maybe, that its aimed at the lower teenage demography. The fighting will most likely be bloodless and be somewhat like hitting others with foam swords. Of course I could be completely wrong, so don't quote me on it.
