There you can search all posts made by blizzard employee's/represenatives. By catagory, keyword, author. So if you want to know something, and you don't trust what you hear from non-blizzard people, go there, and odds are you'll find the answer to your question on that page.

Hope this puts an end to a lot of the repeating questions. ^.^'
