Wow, Well,
I know that many many people have been waiting for the beta and the release of Aion, we are getting closer everyday,
Until the Beta comes out though, i recommend http://www.Aionsource.com, which is a really good info site about any news happening with NC and Aion,

Thats because you haven't done any research whatsoever. In fact, you only looked at the screenshots. If you had even done 5 minutes of research on this game, you would probably have realised how rediculous that comment is.
Granted I'm basing it on the screenshots and the general gameplay vids of it. Very clonish.
Well maybe you should read the storyline and watch all the vids u can find..
Then I blame it on your lack on knowledge of video games, because even in the gameplay vids you can see that the combat is much more arcade like then in Lineage 2. The game is also build around WASD movement, as opposed to P&C movement.

I voted a 4 since I've been let down many times. I'm just glad the videos dont disappoint like the recent AoC ones did. I'm also glad to hear they added movement during combat (big plus for me... one of the reasons why I love WoW combat. I really hate standing still).

This just in..... WASD dropped 4 pts on the Nasdaq today. TIME TO BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!
I played L2 for 3 and a half years, and have done extensive research on Aion. I gave it a 5 because i just cant absolutely wait until Aion comes out. By the way Aion is nothing like L2, they may have a few similar features but Aion is definately no clone of L2. I'd day it appears that Aion will be 3 x better than L2.

Aion is an "original" just like Lineage is. There will be Aion clones in the future. I'm really excited about the game because of some new features previously not seen in any other MMO plus it will have ones that are already proved to be successful in other games (imo anyway).

I must say this is the only game I am truly looking forward to.
Well, this and Guild Wars 2... but this isn't that forum.
5 from me! Can't wait to get my hands on this - what a beautiful game, and the PvPvE sounds like it will be really dynamic and fun to play.
Though, I'm probably the only one hoping it doesn't come out too soon, since I need to save up and get a new rig before I can play it....

Actually, there's quite a few people, including me, that doesn't want it to come out too soon in hopes of it not being a 'pay-to-beta' at launch, which happens with almost all MMORPGs. Then again, if it's for Aion, I wouldn't mind paying to beta heh.
The current ball-park figure is 5 to 11 months from now until launch... *sigh*

No no, the poll was "How excited are you for Aion?" on a scale of 1-5... I would totally give it a 11/10 anyday, though not sure how much that means not having played it. :P
I would looooove to beta for Aion, so much, pay or not. Was on the beta for SWG back in the day, when it was a decent game and all. Great fun was had, wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

I think Aion might actually be the first MMORPG to be launched near-bug-free with most if not, all fore-mentioned content and close to it's original estimated release date. I think that alone deserves a 12/10! if not then... 11/10

Ya....and whats wrong with L2? That game still got best pvp system to date. And Aion will have different movement and won't be as boring to lvl as in L2. TBH this is the game to wait for. BTW both AoC and WAR gonna suck, that coming from a beta tester.
