    IP blocked outside the Philippines area, for the rest of us, either play the Malaysian with English patch, or the international version when it comes out (hopefully soon).

    That's the philipine version, and it has an IP block for players outside of the philipines.

    did you gus tried "Http-Tunnel"and/or "SocksCap" which seems to allow you to start applications and connect to them over an proxy?

     

    i heard it worked for the IP block in Cabal online!

    And why would we want to bother with that, when we have the translated Chinese version to play on with no IP block, and the International version right around the corner?

    My past experiences with "Http-Tunnel" wasn't very good in terms of latency, even loading internet pages was very slow, so i highly doubt it would be able to run Perfect World properly.
