Who
We are an Everquest 2 hard-core raiding guild. While allowances must of course be made in the early levels for leveling time, we will be raiding as early as our low teens once or twice a week. As we near the level cap we will scale up our raid times to 5 to 6 times per week.
We are looking for players who play frequently, are motivated, have patience, perserverance, understand team-work, are mature, have the ability to follow directions, and are ok with the occassional late night to get something accomplished. While Everquest 1 raiding experience is certainly a plus, it is not a requirement. We are willing to consider any applicant that can display the aforementioned qualities, regardless of experience.
On that note, however, we do not hand hold. You are expected to know the game and your class well OR display the ability to learn quickly. Since raids are capped at 24, we can not afford to be supporting dead weight, nor will we.
We are selective in our recruitment and will be rapidly scaling our requirements up to maintain forward momentum. As the guild average level increases, so will our recruitment requirements.
When
We are primarily an east coast guild and as such raid times will start normally around 8:15pm eastern time. We loath starting late and taking alot of time waiting on stragglers. We are well organized and expect you to be as well.
While your time zone is irrelavent to us you should be able to play during our normal raid times.
What

This single word describes this guild more aptly than several paragraphs would. We are; a military unit trained for combat. We are raiders. We raid and we raid hard.
In Everquest 1 there were many guilds that made great strides towards being able to access restricted content and some were the pioneers. We will be those pioneer's in Everquest 2. We will be the first to see new content. The first to develop combat tactics for raid encounters, and the first the conquer those encounters.
You see, it's not about the loot and it's not about the fame. It's about the sense of accomplishment that comes from seeing your enemies dead at your feet.
It's about victory. It's about winning.

Where
We will be playing on the Tarew Marr server if there is one. If there is not we will be playing on another non-PVP server.
We will be a Qeynos based guild, but we will accept members regardless of starting city, race, or class. Individual class restrictions are listed in our charter and are there simply to ensure that we have the right mix of classes for raids.
Leadership
I am Mornroc Stormhammer, a dwarven cleric of Brell. I have raided almost every mob that EQ1 has to offer. I have attended, assisted in leading and led more raids than I can count.
I have also been an officer and guild leader in EQ1 and have been in management roles for the last 10 years in RL. I have the ability and desire to lead this guild into the forefront of raiding in the new Norrath.
My Assistant Guild Leader is a very talented tactician, and will be assisting me in developing our raid tactics as we learn more about EQ2. In addition he has been with me through every bit of raiding I have done in EQ1 and has also led his fair share of raids. He is quite adept at maintaining raid focus and leading the guild to solid victories.
