    I was thinking I could suggest something but you didnt mention GAMEPLAY... Had you mentioned that I would have suggest Anarchy Online.

    Well theres not to many good FREE mmorpgs. Most you have to pay monthly for.

     

    However, if your really looking for a free one, your best bet is Silkroad. I don't like it, but if its free, it really isn't that bad.

    Fly for Fun (FLYFF) is a good solid free MMO.

    A couple things though: there's not a whole lot of depth, it's pretty much grind mobs all day, and no there's no filter or anyone monitoring obscenities, so it's rampant.
