Well recently I purchased EQ2 on the sony station after playing the 7 day trial, but now I have to enter a 20 digit account key, which I can't find anywhere. Does anyone know where it is or how I can get it?

Yes, you have to go buy the actual game. The code will come with it. If you buy online you won't need the code because the game enters it automatically. If you buy it in a store, buy the Echoes of Faydwer expansion because it comes with the main game and all expansions for $40. If its not in your box (which it should be), you need to talk to an SOE representative. Go the EQ2 home page, at the top click on help, then follow the links to chat live with a sony rep.
I thought that would be a no-brainer.
If you bought it online, it should have been done automatically. You might want to contact SoE
