Looking for mmo with gameplay similar to that of FFXI

Hi i been playing FFXI for 2 years realy liked the gameplay and enjoyed its party mechanics too, but after 2 years and reaching my objectives in that game i quit and spent 3 month looking for an mmo that can offer me the same type of enjoyment. Pls help me out i tried rappelz, sword of the new world and lost chaos but none where close.
