I plan to make my first character a High Elf Paladin foremost for roleplaying reasons...to bridge my storyline and characters over.
I am also looking forward to experimenting with varied races and classes, actually, and am thrilled about not having to make a definite decision right out of the box!
I was going to have an Erudite Coercer, however I am rather unhappy with the new ashen, washed-out-dark-elflike look of the Erudites.
I'm going for a Ratonga Assassin. I think its kinda a sterotypical decission on my part, Im pretty sure there will be plenty running aroud. But what could be better than a rat sneaking around in the dark?
Other than that I'm not really sure what i want to be, but i was thinking about doing some hardcore crafting. Maybe another pole could be for what type of Artisan class you want to be. Or has this been covered, didnt check all 17 pages of posts.
I choose Barbarian. This iz the class I play'd in the original EQ. I was hoping to meet bak up with some of the friendz I made in the game, and hope they are gonna play EQ2 when it comes out. I Also to play a Shadow Knight.

In the polls you are givin the choice of what archtype you will become, be as the final archtype. I did not include the intermediate archtypes from fighter to there final sub-classes because it would be pointless to create another 3 polls for voteing on each intermediate archtype and as well your final archtype. Also the time that you spend as an intermediate archtype is rather short anyways and when people choose a class they usually look to what the class can become and what it's potential in the end will be and relate those characteristics to its final classification.

I am gonna have a Dawft Monk, i will think up some cool order for him to belong to, hes will as though as bloody nails, most likely a tank
Human Monk just like my favoritte character from Eq1. Almost thought about changing to a dwarf monk....

Wood elf dirge. When you hear the angry melody drifting across the woods, youll know who it is.
Dwarven paladin and dwarven templar for me. Although I'd like to try out an illusionist or coercer, just because they sound cool.
And I must say... I would want to try an ogre paladin or high elf shadow knight... just for the sheer challenge.
