AoC and gold farming

Thought I would pop this up and see what ya all think..

 

The main reason why it was so easy for gold farmers to get gold in other MMORPGs was because how easy it was to control more than one computer... I used ot work for IGE in the early days.. it was a job and hey i got paid to play computer games lol.. anyway we had 3 - 6 computers each depending on how many people where around.. we could do that because all you really needed to do was move the melee guys into the fight then hit the F keys to get off spells and heals from the other members of the group..

So you see it was quite easy to run a hole group with 2 people.. could be done with 1 tho it was harder..

 

But with conan you have to use a lot of different keys to attack all the time so it would make this much harder... maybe the combat system in AoC will help towards stopping gold farming... tho im sure they would find a way in the end..

    IMO gold farming shouldn't be to hard because a majority of the attacks of different classes hit more than one target. (ex. Volley Stance for rangers, or normal barbaric attacks, mage AoEs)

    Looking at the gameplay, partying and destroying mobs at a time would speed up gold also.

    the combat looks a bit too fast paced to able to handle more that maybe 2 pcs..

    tho i guess most fo the gold farming companies r in chgina or other places where they can get people to work cheap..

    Ug the game hasnt even launched yet and we are discussing gold sellers.  all they are is a plague upon MMOs and i HOPE that funcom does somthing better then any other MMO has before to prevent or lighten it. 

    however it must be a PVPers dream (if they ever put in full body looting) to run across a gold farmer though lol.

    I know i was jsut thinking about it.. dont get me wrong sure i used to work for a gold selling company but I dont really like it..

    i aint ever brought gold myself tho thought it was a silly idea lol

    was just thinking the combat system in itself would make it hard.. plus im sure funcom will do a lot more than that..

     

    I really want to get into this game it looks like its gonna rock and i really hope gold sellers dont get a good grip on it.
