A kind of just wondering subject, aside from all of the aspects of the gameplay.
I'm most likely going to play a ranger, just because of the ideal of ranged combos and having different stances.

Yep, there have been a few threds of this topic before.....but what the heck.....we love to talk about MMOs
I will play a Soldier, Guardian. Its been hard to decide, but the shield skill and the polearm made it the winner.
Even if i really hate class based MMOs where my charcter will only be known as a "tank", im looking forward to this.
I really have no idea. It probably depends on how their casting system feels to use. IF I like it, I will be a caster of some kind, if not, a fighter. Either way, I haven't decided. Maybe a barbarian.

The only way to decide which class you will enjoy most is to play the game, experiment, and see for yourself how other classes are played by other characters. Personally the barbarian seems to have the most perks from its descriptions, but it will be massively overplayed and we all know classes never turn out to be what they are on paper.
Scion of Set! It will be satisfying to watch my poisoned enemies run around in terror, seeing my superficial wounds disappear due to my heals over time, as I continuously stab them with my bleeding daggers of death!
MWAHAHAHA!!! Die, barbarians! DIE!
To answer this, lets start off by asking a question... Why did i become interested in this game?
The answer? I've got a Celtic/viking history running through my veins... very prominent in my family, and i'm proud of that! World of Warcraft did that no justice in my attempt to play a Celtic/Viking-like character... well... Age of Conan does.. a very good opportunity at that!
And another question. What were the Vikings and Celtic considered in days related to the Conan era?
Yup. Barbarians.

i'll probably play a melee character, due to the awesome combat system and the conan style kills hehe. sounds like a solid game that'll keep my attention for a while!
