Don't judge EU by it's cover and what you may at first see ingame, there is quite an enjoyable game in there...
While there are uncharitable individuals in EU and mindark don't make much effort to help ingame, I suggest the whiners and moaners post to MindArks support department. They'd be EAGER to help you.
