Hi, i havnt played swg for a while, but want to get back into it, im not sure if my account and characters are still good although im posting from my old account, and i can retrieve the info of the account (my city, state, zip, ect.) when i sign in as my old account, a message box pops up, and it says "Please press the SUBSCRIBE button to activate your account." I click Subscribe, and another window comes up and says "Welcome to the subscription process. Successful completion of this process will give you full access to the game." Than there is a button that says "Activate New Account" so i click activate new account, and it takes me to a new page that tells me to enter my account code (cd key i think) and after i do this it says AN account is already registered with this key... this would mean that i not only can get on my account but cant create a new one? im sure im doing something wrong or something but im not sure what else to do.. id like my old account back but if i have to create a new one im fine with that. Any and all help is very appreciated, and the quicker the better cause im excited to get back into it.

I'm sure this answer will get a chuckle from a few people, but did you try contacting customer support?

Hmm, I don't think your supposed to make a new account, you should be able to use your old one. Maybe your clicking the wrong button? Just keep trying, if it doesnt work then contact customer support. Hope this helps.
