MMORPG suggestions

So me and my girlfriend have been playing a MMO for many years now and due to resents events we maybe quiting. We decided we were gonna play a new MMO toeather and i decided id do the research for it if we do. But of course shes the one who decides in the end. So i looked at the list of all the MMOs on the site, and truthfully I'm not sure what to do so i thought id list some things and hope you guys can help me.

*We can lvl together most of the time, not a game like WoW where its easier to solo then group (At least in my experience).

*Has to be fantasy, iv never been a fan of sifi games.

*I'm not a big fan of pvp, the only type i really enjoy is a arena pvp.

*Some sort of housing where others can enter, preferable a guild house.

*F2P is a big plus. Though i wouldnt mind a pay shop, thought i wouldnt use it.

*Some sort of storyline.

EQ2 is good, not F2P but no real good games are. You could probably find a good duo to lvl fast and fun with.

Well, FF11 is good for group leveling since you sort of have to group to level anywhere past level 10 (though you aren't going to be leveling by questing, it's fun and dynamic if you allow it to be, I have a great time doing this in FF11 though there generally can be a wait involved)

It is fantasy, Final Fantasy style based

Doesn't focus on pvp, but there are arena type group matches called Ballista that you can participate in if you desire to do so.

There is housing, it is instanced, you can decorate it and it gives you buffs but other people cannot enter it. 

It is not free to play, but is cheaper to play than the norm these days.

Has a rather involving mission based story line.  Three full different stories for each of the three main cities for the base game and a new story line in each expansion pack.  This game is a mmo with a real epic rpg-like story. Most mmos I've seen don't really focus on this.

Whether this game is for you or not I wouldn't know, it plays a lot differently than other MMOs, but to this day it is still my favorite MMO and the one that I logged the most time in and keep coming back to.  Even a new expansion back is due for this December...

It is a LOT better then any competitor for its RPG-like combat, fast, still a RPG.  Customisation is awesome, travel powers at 14, best grouping experience out there while solo is still nice and... awesome sidekick system will allow you to play more, outlevel your wife, then sidekick her so she sees higher level content and still groups with you, no matter how many levels difference, she will be -1 level to you.

Oh, that's unfortunate.  No other MMO relates to that game.  WoW is totally different and most other mmo's I've played are basically the same as that, except Age of Conan will be somewhat a different style.  Hmm.
