Dam shame in a couple months when WoTLK is released greens will replace your gear. O wait no its not. I quit when my complete T3 with naxx wep setup was destroyed in 1 day due to TBC so i'll see you on the canceled subscription soon heh.

So, you levelled to 70 in one day, got attuned to Karazhan and got complete tier 4?
sweet character. I still am working on my way to the outlands, which I have not been in yet. You got a picture you can post? i think Tier armor looks sexy as all hell.

Why do ppl lie? If you replaced T3 with greens in TBC then you know nothing about itemization. T3 would last you up to the high 60's easy.
these guys complaining about there gear being worthless are not very smart. I had full MC gear giantstalker set and I beat green geared lv 70's and 65 green gear easily no contest I was only lv 61 beating these ppl, I went up against a guy who had alot of blue's from the new dungeons and he barely beat me he had 200 hp left and I was lv 62 with tier 2 gear from MC. That green gear is garbage compared to naxx tier gear. That naxx gear would last you all the way till lv 70 and if you did some instances you would be very helpful compared to a green geared newbie. Plus green gear looks awful only ppl who wear it is new players who didn't get to do nax, mc etc cause now nobody does that . Now some of the quest blue's and dungeon blue's can replace your set but not until you get all the peices you need to make it better than your naxx gear set.
Lv cap raise adds more spice to the game, the excitement of new zones and advancing your character even more new skills etc. New gear to obtain new mounts.

Ok, pardon. Maybe within the week when I got complete assassination completely socketed beyond better than any t3 piece. Pardon me for saying I played till my month of BC subscription ended.
O for the love of christ the stuff was in the game at the release and was up on allakhazam.com you know your stuff is outdated very early. If it took your more than a week to level to 70 you're terrible anyways so don't bother commenting. Hell I know guys who had paladins to 70 within 9 days and read of others getting them faster.

Some people enjoy playing the game and don't look at it like it was a job. Anyway, who gives a damn about how fast someone gets to level 70? Just shows me that you really don't have much going on outside of the game...
That Guild Wars 2 login screen knocked up my wife. Must be the second coming!

At the time I didn't have a whole lot to tell ya the truth. Only full time work, gaming groups on the side, along with family activities for birthday parties and hospital visits. Was simply commenting on the fact that 70 is a joke since someone brought up it being a deal about 70. Not a job when its less than 30 hours to lvl 70 from 60.
I understand where you're coming from though. Blizz thrives on the casual player who doesn't see the end game content at all and plays casually since the Xpacs make it seem like they are getting stronger even though they are just nerfing the top end raiders down to par again since everyone has the same opportunity with new instances though I must say a majority of people just don't take advantage of i'd say the only worthwhile thing in the game.
but my freind (real life) helped me lvl to the point where i can do it myself and he gave me good gear when i was a lower lvl..so i can start out better and he gave me money and then i just picked enchanter so i wasted LOTS of money for supplies but its worth it because now i have more money and im waiting for the new xpac so i can enjoy the game more

The record from 60-70 is 28 hours by a mage www.pro-g.co.uk/news/17-01-2007-4522.html , you know how he did it, grind mobs with a about 15-35 friends, he would tag them with a low rank AoE and his friends would kill them.. repeat that over and over. So please.... 30 hours from 60-70 the only way would be to pass by all quests, crafting, dungeons and exploring and grind mobs with a lot of friends. 60-70 in 30 hours nope me no think so. The average gamer such as my self took a good 200+ hours.

If you hit the new xpac with Full T4 then you wont need to replace all your gear till about 75+, T5 your looking at 78+, I hit TBC with full T2 but didn't replace that until 65 (no quest rewards beat my gear until the mid 60's), yet more miss information about WoW.

That seems about right.
I was a casual gamer usually, and that's just a bit more than what it took me to level my alts. And I was not oblivious to the ways of maximizing XP, and I utilized them (though I would never go for absolutely butchering content with all grind and no quests). IN my experience, it was the same with hundreds of other active gamers on my servers. At least two months to 60 and maybe 3-4 weeks to 70.
People usually just consider hardcore grinders when it comes to leveling up in WoW. No way does that paint an accurate picture of the process, though. Many people just play a couple of hours an evening if that.... And people do not like skipping all the content. By that route, it takes people ages, *ages* to level an alt to cap.
Yes, some people do go "I maxed a fresh alt in a week", and they may be right... I pulled a no-lifer with one of my own alts, too - and it still took two weeks... The thing is, it was practically inhuman. Normal 0-70 in WoW is usually a work of more than 2 months.
