Can we block hits and dunk down to evade a hit?
Can we put are skill points where we want instead of haveing them on every toon the same.
Is there lots of skills to make your toon better then others?
is it going to be all first person veiw to have a better game.
I will say one thing if every thing in the game is based on lvl then it s going to get boreing fast,
ppl in game should have to think where to put skill points to make the best toon in game.
Dont wast all your programming on the toons let us make the toons and towns.
You know like lvl 1 killing lvl 29 because he knows how to fight!

Below is a dev quote regarding "feats" in the game which is how you can customize your character:
"You customize your character mostly with Feats , binary abilities that let you access various powers or abilities. They can unlock your ability wear armor, cast spells or do special moves. There are more than 14k different feats in the game, all sorted by Class, race, featline and level - so there is no doubt a massive and deep system for the player to be able to customize his character. We have a clear goal to let all characters look, feel and play differently from another. Our visual character customization will go hand-in-hand with our RPG character generation and hopefully make many, many distinct classes and characters. Funcom is known to let players really customize their characters, and have a real choice in how they build their characters."

Feats will allow you to define what part of your character you want to block most on aka you can put your shield protect lower left, upper left, lower right...etc...but the blocking itself is automatic.
In PvP the chances to kill somebody will be looked at in tiers...I think they said it was 10lvls per tier...so lvl20 has fair chance in beating lvl30
