Most pet/summon classes. Followed up with tanking classes.
So combine those two and you get the FERAL INTENDANT of AC2, next to the Invoker of AC2. To bad I will never be able to return to it
But I found substitution in the Master Minds of CoV. For the rest haven't really found any other mmorpg out there that has a good petsystem, yep I like to control more then just 1 pet

In general, I prefer skill based games rather then class based games, as it allows you to build a unique character suited to your particular playing style.
In class based games, I’m usually attracted to the most complex and versatile classes, as I am easily bored with having to do the same things over and over again. The agent in AO is probably the class I enjoyed most. It is certainly the most complex class I ever played. The agent can go into “false profession” and use the nanos (spells and buffs) of another class, so there is a lot of variety in playing it. One hour, you play your agent as a doctor and can heal, the next you play him as a Meta-physist and get two pets, then you play him as soldier and get reflect shields, etc...
The other class I really enjoyed was a Creature Handler/Pistoleer in SWG, as I always had multiple things to do I enjoyed. I always like to explore remote dangerous planets looking for the rarest of animals to tame. And when I got tired of that, I would fight with my overpowered army of pets and with my overpowered pistoleer stun (of course, both were pets and stun were nerfed into uselessness). Great fun.

Beastlord in Everquest 1. Many abilities. Powerful. Pet. Tank. Off-tank. Heal. Slow.
You had it all.

Hey Bhazir you might want to try the Bonemaster class in DAOC he can control more than one.
Anyways my favorite classes would have to be the Captain in LOTRO, or the Scout in DAOC.
WoW's Warrior followed by FFXI's Dragoons and SWG's Scouts.
In general:
Heavy fighters and minion-controllers.
