Quick question about accounts

in Final Fantasy XI

 If I purchase FFXI for the Xbox 360 and have a copy of FFXI installed on my pc, can I use the account I set up with my 360 game on my pc version of the game? Or are accounts not able to be used across different platforms from what they were registered on.

    Your account is in no way tied to which platform you play it on, you can play your characters/game on all versions ^_^
