I dislike strict class roles. That does not mean I dislike class based games that have class stengths or boundaries. I like both Guild Wars and CoX's class/archetype systems.
Strict class games such as EQ or WoW tend to crush creativity and create horrible stereotyping. I also believe them to be lazy, cynical, and uncreative attemtps at group design.
too be honest, I personally don't have just one clear cut class I like the most. If the game makes each class, good, I rather like to try em all, and usually enjoy most of em. Least favorite is also tough, since some games class type play differently than other games. For example WoW's rogue, I hate, yet I love the stealth classes in EQ2, especially swashbuckler.
so based on this, a study won't really give you a good idea of a clear cut class, but it may give you insight into personality types...maybe. You could probably rank me in the hybrid category since I like to tank, heal, and DD depending on the situation.
I'm a heavy-petter, i play warlock / hunter in WoW (warlock is 70 hunter is 62), Mastermind (got 'em all, and they're all level 12+ except my mercs, had to reroll him, i hate forcefield and my level 50 is a necro / dark) and i'll most likely end up playing a squig herder in WAR.
I dunno why, there's just something about pets that i love
I've never really liked classes that strictly follow one role such as DDer. My all time favorite class(es) are from D&D, the Wiz/Sorc and the Cleric.
Doing the same action only with different graphics over and over again bores me, I like versatility in my classes. However, if you have to ask me to pick a favorite class from an MMO, I'll have to say EQ's Necromancer. It was probably the most fun I have EVER had in an MMO, mainly due to all the things they could do. Short Stun, life Transfer, Mana Transfer, Pet, fear, slow undead. Twas a blast.
Any class in PvP, grouping-wise I'm not really sure. In Everquest, enchanter or shaman were my two top classes in a group. In WoW, probably a healer class as its that bit more challenging/rewarding.
I have to say that I like playing all classes. The one that I like playing the most would probably be rogue. Why? It's a friggin ninja man! Could easily say that for other classes, but it stands out more in my mind.
Added, I'd actually rather play a hybrid stylie.
Class I like the least, well...um...healer. Can u say boring. I want to attack goddamnit, but hypocritically speaking I still like playing this class. Why like it if I say it's boring? Well, the fun for me is in knowing that I can do it and perform well.

I like to play nuker....mostly because of the cool effects in most games but also the damage.
Take the Magic: The Gathering 'What Color Are You?' Quiz.
