Client Does Nothing

I DL client and installed it exactly as I have on many other computers. On one computer when I do this and click on the shortcut it does nothing, not even a error message...absolutly nothing. No frezze, no screen twitch, no error message...I can sit and click on it 100 times. I tried going to the start up menu, same, I went to the folder same



Any help would be nice



CPU Specs...

8800GTX 768meg

Itel 6700 duel core

2 gigs ram

all drivers updated, latest DirectX installed

Windows XP
