are they separate clients? I installed the Catacombs expansion, then installed the darkness falls expansion... and now they need to be updated to the current version that I already updated to a few days ago(free trial). Also, wtf in this game takes 11 gigs of storage? Any help will be appreciated, if they are all separate clients... then that's just ugh...

I did that same thing, I think u dled or chose the wrong option when installing the xpansion. Oh well, just click on the darkness falls one and it will work.

You only need one version of the game so if you have the darkness falls one you can delete the catacombs one and just run the darkness falls client.

One more question... is there a graphical difference between the clients? Like, if I use the catacombs client... will the graphics look the same as the Minotaur client? Are the client's engines different? Character models/lighting better in one than another? Thanks all!
There are basically two models - pre and post Catacombs clients. If you run Catacombs or newer it is the same client/graphics. If you use the ToA client then you get the old graphics.
Also, you can go into the option settings of Catacombs or newer clients and put on all the bells and whistles. There is an option for character models to which from the classic models to catacombs models.
So, using the LotM client will have the same graphics as DR/Cats, but better than ToA.
