How about assembling a list of mmorpg specific words and abbreviations along with their definitions so new people or just someone who has no clue what "x word" or "y word" means can find out!?!?
Example:
Tank...newb sees this and thinks the game has M1 Abrams Battle Tanks in it (even though its in a medieval setting) and is very confused. But with the Glossary, he can look up "Tank" and see that it says something along the lines of "A classification of characters in a party setting. The Tank is the character who controls the mobs hate while the rest of the party deals damage to it." or something to that sort. But now he has the problem of what's a "mob"? Well then he can look up "mob" and find out what that means too.
Anywho, I think you get the idea and I think this would be a nice feature to have, especially with more and more mmo's coming out. These new ones are bound to bring more new mmo specific terms.
