Pirates of the Burning Sea (except I heard you can't have 3-way battles and there are instances. That might bring the game down a notch or two, but it will still be a hit since it's an original game idea.)

AAH! A troll fire! Quick, pour some Kool-Aid on it!!!
Don't know, for most popular I would probably say WAR or AoC, which ever ships first.
As for my own personal WoW killer:
Tabula Rasa: Has potential, but there are mixed reports as to if it will be ready / have enough content. Hopefully the NDA will be lifted soon so I can find out for sure.
Aion: Great graphics and animations, but I don't see how it is any different to EQ and clones in terms of gameplay.
Gods and Heroes: I don't know, apart from the whole minion’s thing it really doesn't look that interesting, and I hate looking after children.
Hero's Journey: Great ideas, it all depends on how well they are implemented, and if it gets released at all.
Pirates of the Burning Sea: Looks a lot like Sid Meier's, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it's one of those games I would need to play for a while / read a really detailed review on first.
Stargate Worlds: Love the TV show, which probably means the game will be crap, but you never know.
Age of Conan: Interesting combat system, maybe not so great with a 400ms ping though (Australia). Also it seems a bit too reliant on being in a BIG guild to really see the best it has to offer.
WAR: Bit torn about this one, the PvP sounds fun, but it would really have to be done just right for me to enjoy it.
WAR will be the biggest, dont think theres much question about that. As far as the best? Who knows. Dont really see anything revolutionary of the horizon. Ill try the Tabula Rasa beta and Ill probably play WAR when it comes out, if the RVR turns out to be pretty fun. But, I dont even see anything in development that looks interesting enough to grab me for the long run.
Its obviously gonna be war, theres to many WoW fans for it to have even the slightest chance at failing. If the game sucks it'll still do retardedly well. Nothing will take WoW over though, pvp on that scale doesnt interest casual gamers. They might get 2 million subs max im guessing.
I would have to say WAR. I wouldve said that AoC will be the second biggest, but the latest videos arent exciting people at all (we will see though). If AoC doesnt come in 2nd Aion should. Even if Aion turns out to be better than WAR it will never be at the top in the west because of ignorant haters.
TR?....not a chance. This one is going to hit the ground hard.
G&H....same, no chance at the next "big" game. It will be average IF they get they technical issues ironed out. I wouldn't hold my breath.
AoC? none, technical reasons and requirments alone will keep this one down on PC, console players will not be all that interested in paying a monthly fee.
Comments
Tabula Rasa has some good ideas in it but if i was going to put money on a bet, it would be for Warhammer Online.
WAR will have crazy cool pvp.
Lets Make a Deal mmorpg
The Price is Right Mmorpg.

defenitely don't think it'll be Tabula Rasa ..
I'm hoping it might be Aion.
Office Space mmorpg.
Age of Conan
Warhammer Online is my guess.

Tabula rasa's nda has been partially lifted for the media types

WAR.
Tabula Rasa definitely won't be a contender.
WTS [Idea: Jump to Conclusions Mat]
Aion
WAR
Currently playing:
LOTRO & WoW (not much WoW though because Mines of Moria rocks!!!!)
Looking Foward too:
Bioware games (Dragon Age & Star Wars The Old Republic)
Most likely WaR ....even though i probably wont play it
Hopefully Huxely....i will probably buy it
Biggest small game ....Will def be Potbs (there budget is probably 1/10 the size of WaR)
I would have put tabula rusa in there since it looks like it might be fun...but i think no pvp at the start is going to kill it.
Own, Mine, Defend, Attack, 24/7
I will guess that it will be Warhammer

Thats my guess. Good as any I suppose.
WAR will defiantly be the next biggest.
Will it be close to WoW, I doubt it. Blizzard had a massive fan base that pretty much made it an instance success.

Seems that WaR will be the next big thing: Im not saying it will be the "real" big thing, Im saying it will be the most popular/fan thing.
I don't think there will be another blockbuster, at least not in the next 2-4 years.
WAR or Spellborn. I couldn't see anyone mentioned Spellborn here, but many players want an action MMO. Spellborn is.
