A question about Quests and RvR

hey i know the answer to this is probbly gonna be yes but, has any1 asked the qustion
Can say a Orc do the Choas PvE and PVP content, as that would add a real intresting blancing task but also make the war so much more fun

Yes.
They've said you'll be able to travel between the lands and help the war effort there, just no details yet as to how this is done, if you have to be a certain rank (level) etc
I think they stated that you will be able to do every quest from every zone of your faction, as in if you were one the good side (dwarfs humans ect) then you will be able to do all those quests, same for the bad side, this might need clearification by the way. just watch the movie guide at the top of this forum if this doesn't help
Actually, I remember them saying (maybe in a newsletter grab bag) that a level one player could run from the starting zone to the first outpost to their capital city to another capital city to another outpost to another starting zone. I probably made it sound more confusing than it is and I may have added and/or missed a step, but I'm 99% positive that they said an informed player could get to another race's starting zone in about an hour and an uninformed player that casually follows the storyline around should be able to do that in about ten hours. Obviously, things may have changed in beta.
EDIT: Also, I read that the only quests rewards offered to you will be those for your class regardless of where you are, so you don't have to worry about taking your Black Orc to Chaos lands and being offered Magus-only rewards. That should take care of most of the quest reward balancing.
