Well its been what two months, I still have no regreats leaving Eve-online. But over the weekend I had abosolutly nothing to do, and somhow ended up at the Eve-online site. "What the hell might as well..." almost went to accounts...almost....but instead I went to the forums, after reading through them, I KNOW for a fact, nothing has changed!
Still the same old stuff, the same whinners, the same unbiased forum police, and the same money grubbing from CCP.
Face it, the way it is now, Eve-Online sucks. And does not appear to be getting anybetter, with forthcomming 'free' expansions. LAG, Cheats, ISK farmers, and more cheats, did I mention LAG?
Either CCP is going to have to bite the bullet and start a second world/server, or restrict access to the game. Wonder what would be better?
CCP needs to get that so called committee assymbled and put in use...been so long now.
CCP needs to hammer the ISK sellers!
CCP needs to drop the security of Jita to 0.1, and let the blood flow!

While everything u said may be true, there isn't a game out there that has a more ruthless bloodthirsty social structure. A big part of the reason for this is because it's all under one roof. Companies fight so hard to get 2 the top of the hill because there is one.
I can understand you complaining about every issue except the community. The whole point of Eve is for "ruthless" corporations to take control. Therefore it's one game in which being an b!tch is part of the experience.
Getting b*tch slapped maybe...I don't know about being one...Well except maybe in the bowls of some Minmatar slave camp or something.
Imguessing the OP is basing his whining on the forums ehich is laughable at best.

Actually yeah I have been tempted at times to reopen my accounts but reading the official forums I am happy I did not do it, also because I am on a "strike" because CCP's failure to deal with SirMolle's breach of EULA and shit I really can't seem to get into the game again.
As you said you see loads of threads about the lag and unscheduled downtime and stuff... and not to mention the isk/macro farmers even that those now seems to have moved over from ore to NPC instead but with the stealth nerf that might change back.
Then I read "SirMolle resigned" somewhere and wooohooo ... ofcourse got very disapointed when reading ... as he is NOT going.

Actually I was going to say that the EVE-O forums and most gaming forums remind me of the military... Tons of bitching. The reaons that you hear nothing but the bitching is the fact that the people that are actually playing the game having fun and doing stuff don't waste time bitching on the forums. You want the best suggestion I can give a player in EVE.. DON'T READ GENERAL DISCUSSION!!! look at General discussion on every MMO out there and its filled with the same shit. This needs to be nerfed, why did you nerf this, why is my server down, Why can't you make the lag go away because i'm to lazy to move 2 jumps away, why doesn't the game work exactly the way I want it too, etc... I can go on forever, I've played most of the MMos and all the general discussions have the same general stuff. Haven't seen server lag in a while except when you start doing such large fleet ops that the games just gets overwhelmed which there is only so much you can do with that.
