Best combat animations in a F2P

i was looking at cabal online- and it looked awsome, awsome animations, it really looked cool to look at- unfortunatly it is on an IP block.

 

what is the coolest looking F2P-MMO game now?- in terms of over the top animations and cool effects- i was looking at archlord- but half the game is take by archers- 2 moons looks ok but really- i just want cabal- any news on cabal? if there is going to be an american version?

 

but yeah- In your opinion what game has the coolest looking- over the top combat?

I was pretty impressed by the fighting animations in Acclaim's 2moons: http://2moons.acclaim.com/ 

It's your normal grindfest potion-popper with almost no character customization, but the animations are smooth, and beating the ever-living tar out of a mob is quite satisfying.
