Does this happen to you?

Over this last year I busted out my PS2 and started playing some of the games I had, After while when playing(15 minutes) I would feel extremely sick. I played FF X-2, Demo games. GTA. I didn't know what it was, I thought maybe the TV was doing something to my eyes that made me sick. Today I got Halo 1 for PC I installed and started single player, I played Halo back when I was 13-14 when I was 14 I got into MMO's Within 2 minutes I got extremely sick and almost trew up, I exited the single player and went online and played for almost a hour with no sickness.

I can play a game liek Runescape for 30 minutes without feeling sick at all, I can play all MMO's without feeling sick but if I play a single player game I feel dizzy and want to trow up.

Anyone else got this sickness?

Read the warning labels that are on almost all games...you are probably treading very closely to having and epileptic attack... be careful....

I can play online games for hours(If its a good game) without any feeling sick. And like I said. I played halo offline for a few minutes and got sick but online I played without getting sick.

It might be a mental thing, you have been playing multiplay/online games for so long.. Maybe it is the emptyness of a world run by AI that maes you feel sick.   Knowing that your the only one in game

I kinda know what u mean. When Half Life 2 came out I played it and like 20-30 mins in i felt  dizzy and nauseous. So I went back to playing FFXI and I was fine

How odd.. perhaps Mmo devs have implemented sublimal messaging after all.. Maybe your tv is just a different type of screen than your monitor, and effects you differently?

Your not alone with that problem.  I suffer from it on occasion.  Usually when I am really tired or stressed.  Its called Simulator Sickness.  Pretty much the video game version of motion sickness.  Here's a story that talks about Halo and Simulator Sickness.

Nope, don't have that bad problem, but sometimes I get headaches. There is how ever few known situation that cause this kind of stuff.

    1. Motion sickness, happens often with 3D games.

    2. Too sensitive for blinking light, like in disco or combat light effects in games.

    3. Eyes sight has gone bad, meaning need of glasses.

    4. Too tired, need of break. Too much concentration to one thing.
