my dxdiag status changed from good to submitted. what does this mean? sorry in advance for the noob question.

They changed it for clarity. "Good" implied that there was a "bad" or even "best".
What does it mean? Same thing it did before, they received it.
Like 50000000 threads like this, they changed it to submitted because people were confused as to what it meant.
