Add: The Agency to Games in Development forum section.

Hello all,

I'm no $OE supporter, but recently MMORPG.com has put much focus on the upcomming: The Agency

I feel it's only fair to give this title it's own forum section in the games under development, so fans, or the curious can start gathering, and following along.

With this new style MMOFPS style gamming that has started gathering strength ( TR, Huxley, etc) it'll help those interested in following the progress keep in discussion rather than hunting through General, or conducting repeated searches.
