    Hopefully they take advantage of the advances of the genre in 2011. I really don't want to play another grinder with the only unique factor being castle sieges.

    2011... even with that engine it will be vastle oudated by then, i believe its team for mmos to beging creating their engines that way it can stay on par with technology.

    NCsoft is developing their own engine for Lineage 3. The wikipedia article is incorrect and outdated.

    No lie. There is no source whatso ever for those dates sited. Haven't they been working on it for several years now? I know the code was stolen and that will set things back but that wiki seems to have been writen by someone who really doesn't have a clue about L3.

    I care less about the engine, and more about what this game's content is going to be. Is it going to be another standard fantasy point-and-click Korean grindfest?

     

    If so, it takes a very particular breed of gamer to actually care about this game.

     

    *Let it be noted that I don't mind grindfests, but I can't stand point and click.

    Yes, they have been working on it for a while but the dev stoped due to problems with engine so they restared this not long ago.

    i have see the lineage 3 is better from lineage 2 but this is self game.
