Under cancel account... We have to call them to cancel, lol most mmo you can just do it online. In the end I had to cancel it at the billing Co. website, https://www.ibillcs.com/ with a press of a button! If they can't even implement a simple cancel account button on their site, I have doubts of their abiity to develop a decent mmorpg.
