Although this games textures seem to be predominately low poly,i gotta give some very rare credits to the DEVS mappers/textures team. From what i can tell these mappers are very good and actually have some skill. The texture useage is low poly nothing to get excited about ,however there detail and use of these textures is very good.

I know nothing of this game or it's playstyle, but i do ponder around different games to perhaps one day find a diamond in the rough. If nothing else, this game at least appearrs to have a good team behind it.I often see peeps ranting about how great there game looks and i usually come away thinking BS,you know nothing, but this sucker catches my eye.

This may even be a very cheap game engine with low capabilities ,i don't really know or even care,as long the peeps working with it are skilled at what they do,and i can tell these guys got some skills.I may have to look further into this game.

Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.

It's an expensive engine with low capabilities if you leave it un-reprogrammed. Visually it's one of the best out there on the market, gameplay is repitive, and every game made with this engine is more or less the same, just other maps and skills, same play-style...

Big World Tech <- SWG's game engine,  and it isn't known for it's outstanding gameplay

You know it, the best way to realize your dreams is waking up and start moving, never lose hope and always keep up.

To correct this slightly (as I did on the other thread) for the OP as it's a innacurate, Big World Tech is the Server engine, and as a server engine is in no way limited. The game/physics engine is Unreal Engine 3 (see here: www.cheyenneme.com/news/573/, )which is excellent.

Also, the engine in no way determines the play style, gameplay or 'sameness' of the games. Lazy devs do that. The visuals is (mainly) what the engine controls, and as you say, it's looking good :)

From what I've seen, CME aren't aiming for the boring standard type of game play, but rather something that combines traditional MMO elements (like controls and targetting), with a fast paced modern day tactical combat (in a kind of fps way).
