Strange artifact issue

Ok, so I rolled my drivers back, and as usually, cleaned it correctly, I'm using 91.47 Nvidia, instead of the latest which have a whoooole bunch of errors...



These drivers make most of my other games work alot better, increasing frame rate drastically, and the latest ones caused artifacts to appear, regardless of the graphics settings.



I figured perhaps my FPS was to high, as this has happened in a few games, so I forced V-SYNC on the game, and it didn't help.



I tried the limit speed option in on the updater, but nothing happens.





I'm not quite sure what the issue is, I've tried adjusting the settings in various ways, the installer I got was off GamersShell or so, and it installed / updated without an issue.



Graphics Card: GeForce 6800 OC 128 MB 8X AGP

Processor: AMD Athlon X2 3800 Dual Core

RAM: 1024 MB PC3200 high quality ram

OS: Windows XP

Plenty of free space also.
