I bought this game on release day.  Loaded it up.  Couldn't Play it. Gave up.

Found out its now F2P and said "It's definately at least worth FREE"  and started it up.

After working around some video card glitches, I can say that I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality of this game.

I'm sure if they had a Carebear server, they'd get some "Numbers" of people who like diablo style view.

As an old school gamer (No TS) What chance do I have of being able to get into a reasonable guild?

  I just hate TS, it takes away the fun for me and makes the game too serious.

    Since SB is all about 'teh PvP' I''m thinking TS/Vent are vital for survival .... can't see most good clan operating w/o it.  But I don't play, so we'll see what those still do say....

    Yeah, I used to Play EVE and TS was required for a good corporation.

    I play games to have fun, not to take them seriously.  Especially a F2P one :)
