Sadly, at the moment you can only email support@playtechtonics.com and hope he will help you out, just make sure to make your subject "Lost Password" and in the message leave your login name and ingame name. If he doesn't help you out guess you just have to wait til they implement a lost password/login system where you can only make accounts on www.starportgame.com site.
