LOTRo is polished, so polished that by the end of closed beta, there is little bug to report. Open beta was relatively short, and it plays out like a finished game. The only issue left during OB that is still being reported is memory leak which is fixed by the time the game goes live.
The good thing is, even after live and after lots of patches, the games is still largely robust. There were minor issues with patches, such as the lost of chat channels. All these were minor compare with the woes commonly expected with large patches. I would say more stable and robust than WoW.
Hm games i've been in open beta , lets see now. Holic (pretty good, one of the best anime graphed MMO's atm) ToS ( pretty good too but got bored in a month) AirRival (sweet, just sweet, go try it yourself) ;P
smootest for a beta have to be holic f2p with store system nice graphic.its THE game for me now .if ROHAN wasnt so old i would say that game but we didnt get it cause they didnt translate it to us so i dont count rohan as a contender for beta.

The elf online seems funny, yo could raise a pet in the game and do many other things, you could have a try.

Angels online was possibly the best for me. I enjoyed the game.
Hellgate london was a good beta. Too bad it was still a beta, when it got released. wink, wink.

Tales of Pirates, you can play long, nice PvP, and MvM. Much classes to chooseand nice char and ofcourse the game look's really nice.

Recently I've tried the following games...Cabal Online, Perfect World Online and Rohan Online. I find all of them to be pretty good.
But the best by far since trying beta for years is World of Warcraft.

The only game I had fun with in Beta was Trickster.
Elf Online, no good, but raise pets and fight is fun.
There are too many bugs to be fixe. They have a long way to go.
ive tried NeoSteam and I can say its good.. but it needs more development speciallt the WSAD movent.

Requiem is very good game, even tho its still in beta shows great promise!
