How do I

I can't get this game to run in 1280x1024 res.  Does anyone know how to set the res in this game?

    It "should" be quite straight-forward.

Once in-game, press Alt + O for the Options screen (that's Oh, not Zero)

You can the set your required resolution, click Apply to check it is ok, or Confirm to blunder aheqad and hope is works ok.

Unfortunately, the Options screen doesn't let you set the resolution.  You can set it manually, however.

Before launching the game, go to C:Program FilesGALA-NETRappelz_USA (or wherever you installed the game) and edit the rappelz_v1.opt file in Notepad.  Change the GRAPHIC_RESOLUTION_WIDTH=1280 and GRAPHIC_RESOLUTION_HEIGHT=1024 lines to whatever resolution you want.  The login, character creation & selection screens aren't affected by this change, but the game will play in whatever resolution you set in this file.

    Hope this helps!

Strange, because the resolution and window/full-screen options work perfectly fine for me

Yeah for some reason it won't let me change the resolution within the games options.  It's greyed out and non selectable. Edited tha .opt file works goods.

Ummm, in the Options box, if you select User (or Custom, forget which it is now) at the top, then you can change the resolution

Still doesn't work... everything that is related to resolution changing is greyed out and unselectable.   But it works fine now since I edited the .opt file.
