Did anyone play Hyborian War PBM?

I had to hit the web to confirm the name and was surprised that it apparently still exists - HOW in this age i have no idea; but thats me.

  Anyway i thought that game handled the lore pretty well; and the idea of players advancing past adventurers to actually becoming rulers or what-not seems appealing enough - I always thought MMO's would do something like that and have never really seen that per se.

Tangents aside; anyone remember this game or have thoughts on it?

I spent some playing Hyborian War.  Enjoyed it for the most part.  Did well as Hykrania.  I still have a copy of the map.  Still around eh?  It has a niche I suppose then.  I wonder if the release of AOC will bring new players into it or suck them out?
