Big Problem...cant play my caracters

Ok so heres my problem...i logged in this morning and wanted to create a new character, the evil version of the fey..so it sed I needed to download something first,so i did...now i try logging on and its like i have a trial version or something my characters are gone and I can only play on 2 test servers....idk what to do..i tryed re-instaling it but that didnt work ...but my caracters to show up on the patching screen but thats it..!!!!!

plz!!! if any one knows what i should do tell me

What exactly did it ask you to install?

 

Also, i'd try going to the main eq2 site and contact their customer support with your issue.

1.) you have to own echoes of faydwer to play an arasai.

2.) are you sure you chose the server your characters are on?

3.) you may have downloaded the files for the test server.

4.) if all that fails, contact customer support (aka you're f#$@%d)

When you start the launcher, make sure your "Region Select" is set to the correct region.

Hehe sound like someone installed the PTR..
Have a go at finding your installation folder and using the launcher,
also find the region selection and choose the [Insert your area] selection.
