Timezone for Giveaway?

Hi:

   What is the timezone that the giveaways are done in?  Trying to be online at that time but if it is HI standard time I might have to think about it :-)

    Well, the Timezone MMORPG uses to determine the contests before was PST, but since they use a clock to determine how much time is left, it really doesn't matter much, because you will know when the contest ends :). But they pretty much used EST now for the new time, which is 9 PM EST.
