Kingdom reborn? Does this mean there is a classic server?

I 've seen these advertisements for ultima online that the kingdom has been reborn. Did they finally revert back to a server from like 1998-2001 ? Is there actually a classic server to play ? Is this what they mean by kingdom reborn? Cuz after about 2001 ultima online died and turned to crap with the tram split.
