Game not working for me

Ok so I purchased the pre-order to get into the beta to test the game out before I buy it in october and I am given this message when I run either the client or the plaync client.  NC.FindLauncherStub has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience.

 

Any ideas? I had the same problem when trying out dungeon runners.

    My idea - go to the www.plaync.com site then support and report it as a technical issue.

    yea ur best bet is to ask them not a forum that has nothing to do with the game but nice try

    Might mean if thats an .exe program to start the launcher that its being blocked by a firewall or somthing..not sure but I agree with the others, check specific TR support forums or google the issue.

    Thanks for the advice guys, but after several email bouts with NCsoft tech support, they have yet to find the reason why the game will not work. Not quite sure what the issue is being this is the only mmo I cannot play for any given reason. Oh well thanks again for the advice and have fun everyone who is able to access the beta!
