Have you tried Lunia? The animate look kind of catoonish and i ddin't like it much at the start. But tnow i hooked with that kind of animated picture.

Yeah, i know, too many people talked about Lunia make me feel like one of  clone account. Still i have my own good reason to do so.

I tried both Guild Wars before, World of Warcraft also.Guild Wars  was pretty good when reached lv 20 with Mage/Ranger (and a Warrior/Priest and countless Pvp Chars, of course) and start to beat the crap out of warrior (with Magnetic field, of course), but then later found many rude gamers who keep swear at me because i died like once in the whole stages. Gave up mostly because of the bad community (i did most stages with Henchmen =/ ). WOW also was exciting, but then the fun end when i feel the repeating pattern in lvling (played a dwarf gunner, human assassin, and mage (it 's called mage, right? )  orc. The problem of items hunting and gold farming was also the problems.

Well so i joined Lunia CB, thought  the combo system kind of interesting ( tried to master the A-S-A-A-A-A-A->> A-A but then it is so hard for me i guess :D ). The game was hard to play at the start back in CB because the tutorior was poor and I did't know how to upgrade and do quests. Almost gave up when i can't go solo at  stage 1-10.

But then when you join the party (I'm a healer) and start to beat a hard boss together, and everyone start say thank to you because you press randomly button and suddenly heal the whole party. It make me feel kind of good. My 1st  healer in alll MMorpg actually =]

CB lv limit is around 20 , and they wipe out character when open beta. So i started playing the whole games again (a bit late than ordinary ppl because of tests). Got to 34 in 2 weeks, not even hard core. Found a Knight friend to dump all my items to (ya the good items are so easy to find, but then you can't spend all days selling it, so i gave out like 50 good stuffs to random ppl ). Feel good again when ppl say thank you when recieve pretty much useless stuffs from you.

The new patch come now and decided to creat the 3rd Healer, to try out all the low lv new features. I think it's really worth it .Now you can lvl even faster.

My ingame named is EirSuzumiya , server Soldin (Europe and USA). If you decide to join, try looking for me ( /w EirSuzumiya), i will do my best to help in quest ( can't promise much about items and money part because i don't have much through =/ )

PS: Don't misunderstand that I comapre Lunia and Wow or GW. I just mean as an Arcade RPG, Lunia gave me the same amount of enjoyment with Guild Wars . A try won't hurt

He said he likes pvp, why is everyone suggesting pve games like LOTRO and FFXII?  Oh....wait....its because their are no good pvp games out there, outside of EvE.  Try EvE or wait for DFO, POTBS or AoC.  Everything else is gonna be the same old crap and a serious waste of time.

I played DAOC for 3 years then WOW for 2... Wow had some cool features but i should of quit after a year instead of giving Blizzard my money for another year of basic boredom. You name it and i've played it with the exception of LOTR, FF,... I just cancelled my DAOC after 5 or 6 months of playing do to boredom. Community sucks and is nowhere like it it used to be pre cluster or pre classic server implementation. Classic servers are hopping if you like zergfest warefare. I still rate it as the very best PVP experience available. It just doesnt offer what i'm after nor does any game on the market at this time. I may fire up GW which i find incredibly boring just to play once in awhile in my idle time for free.

Well a good MMORPG is Lunia: Record of War. It is a Action/RPG Style Game! It rocks! You can get it here:

    http://global.lunia.com

The game has very good graphics and very good story mode with PVP.

Here are the classes: (TEXT COPIED FROM LUNIA GLOBAL SITE)

    Knight ‘Sieg’
A character suitable for ‘action gamers’ who like speedy, continuous attacks.

Sieg specializes in continuous and combo attacks.
    Healer ‘Eir’
A character suitable for ‘community gamers’ who enjoy healing other characters,

since in ‘Lunia’, the ‘action healer’ also fights by delivering blows with a magic wand.
    Wizard ‘Dainn’
This character, designed for gamers who enjoy playing MMORPG, specializes in obtaining

items and learning new magic skills for long-range attacks.

    My Lunia Stats:

    CHARACTER NAME: Kraitos

    CLASS: Sieg (Warrior)

    LEVEL: 1X

    SERVER: Soldin

    SQUARE: 1,2,3,14,15

You all seem to have missed one.  City of Heroes/Villains is by far the best Ive played.  Ive tried Guild Wars, Lineage II, EQ2, Ultima Online (a joke), WoW, Asheron's Call, and a few others i forgot I played 10 min and unistalled it.  No game that I know even compares to character creation.  There is PvP, PvE, SG vs SG (guild vs guild type), arena, team arena...did i miss anything? If you guys know of any game that compares to CoH/CoV in terms of charactor creation, graphics, and playability PLEASE PLEASE let me know.

Everytime I see someone ask this question it's like asking:

    Who is the best artist?

Games, like art, is subjective to the players personal preferences. You'll only get peoples own opinions based on what they want out of a game, or lament is lacking at the moment. Sadly there is nothing out right now I'd play either, I'm waiting for AoC as well.

Well I checked out all of the games suggested here. They all look cool as hell but the one that looks the best out of all of them to me is DDO. Just because its not the average MMORPG. The combat and PvP is different and unique, and i like the fact that you can solo and party. The graphics are nice too. Shadowbane caught my intrest too as a free MMO because its more an MMOPVP. I'll keep you posted.

Currently playing: Shadowbane (Mourning server), Rainbow Six: Vegas (PS3)

Waiting for: AoC, WAR, Darkfall, Fury

Have played: WoW (1 year), GW (6 months), Conquer Online (8 Months), Runescape (1 year).
