There is any online rpg with in-game microphone voice is avaible? I saw some voice seeting inside everquest 2, but im not sure if the mic works. bye

I know WoW was putting VOIP in the game, not sure if it's in yet, but I think it is.
Lotr and I think DDO both have voice chat, dunno if those types of games are what you're looking for though.

It currently looks like AoC will have to have built in VOIP whether they really want it or not, but I can't confirm it yet.

Eve Online, but you have to pay extra for it. It's like $15 a year for access to the voice chat.

The PTR's on WoW for Voice Chat went down yesterday. Voice chat should be available for WoW next Wednesday for a select few servers, so they can see how it will work.

Actuallly $15 per year is very cheap. Considering that Ventrilo hosting averages about $5-$10 per month ($60 - $120 per year).
Unless you use the older craptacular version of Ventrilo that was originally free.
