trying to buy lineage from ncsoft.com

in Lineage 2

my credit card keeps getting refused, i think its because i typed my name wrong for the card holder. anyone got any ideas?

 

oh, and im trying to buy lineage 1 not 2. but i assume its the same buying process and the lineage1 boards are dead.

 

and im positive nothing is wrong with my card.

    Umm that's weird.. I never really had any problem with buying games from ncsoft.com

    Did they refuse your card when you typed the name right? If that's the case then I would just give it some time before trying again, or just call the customer support.

    try to wait 24 hours before useing it again on ncsoft homepage, i had the same problem once and i was told bye the coustomer support.

    It diden work tho, but 2 weeks later it did work on it's own no idea why tho.

    My boyfriend and I are experiencing the same problem our card keeps getting refused and we have done everything correctly! we really need a break from ffxi, so we wanted to try out L2 but it doesn't look like its happening :(

     

    we keep seeing this message The order did not pass risk management assessment
