I hope that posting on this thread is similar to rubbing the bunny paw or something. grats, mate!

  • I'm still applied, but to be honest I dont think I will get in and I really don't want to "test" perse, I just want to try the game before most others do.

is the beta center still only open for US. I applied for european beta but i cant sign in to the centre, do you need to register again for access to the centre?

Sign in at www.war-europe.com with your login details which you got when you signed up to the EU beta and if you click on the download tab at the side and the client is listed aswell as the fan kit then your in...

They seem to be inviting people at a much slower pace with the EU beta though.. :<

I know someone in my WoW guild got in the eu beta but thats about it...

And this is how beta spots open up.

If you get in and you don't actually turn in bug reports, report on your experiances, ect. ect.. you wont be in for long.

I know of one poor bloke who got in and was having a blast the first hour, after about an hour in game, someone PMed him and started chatting with him. They spoke for a bit and the guy asked him if he had found any bugs or problems or quirks and so forth...

My friend told him he was not really worried about that and just wanted to get in the game early to try it out, and might report something if it was really big......

To make a long story short, within minutes of making that statement he was logged out of the game, and recieved an email that his services were no longer needed.

Seems the person he was speaking to was one of the developers who just liked to chat about the game and see what was going on.

If your in the beta just to play it and don't care about play testing save yourself the worry and just don't apply or take your name off the list. They will probably get you within a few days when you don't make any bug reports.

Good thinking! And thanks for the advice. I too wish we could get a Europe-beta center, but this tip is better than nothing :)
